i did not appreciate the run around you get when trying to file a claim i never got to speak to a human person to get claim forms etc it was just a headache

Why the ridiculous price for the gray one? Exact same one as the blue?
Answer: The price of a product depends on availability, since are less gray than blue backpacks available, the first one cost more, maybe because more people prefers the gray model.

Will this backpack fit under the seat in an airplane?

Answer: The bag, TSB948BT, can be converted to use as a backpack. It actually does have two straps.
