On 24 August 2020 at 7:00 A.M. contacted company at Asurion.com/Amazon; at 7:02 A.M. they sent a verification code. At 7:08 Asurion sent by email an Amazon gift card for the full amount of the purchase with instruction on how to add the gift to my Amazon account. That is great customer service.

So I purchased this product with a backpack I had bought from Amazon. The zipper in the bag began to separate within 3 weeks so I attempted to file a claim with Asurion. DON??T BE FOOLED! The site kept showing error when I tried to file a claim, it couldn??t find my product, and I couldn??t get a hold of anybody! THIS IS NO GUARANTEE PROTECTION

Arthur, In order to answer your question accurately, I had to put the bag to the test. Yes, a 3″ thick full binder fits if you expand the bag and put the binder spine up. Yes, you could fit 2 computers – either in the main compartment or one in the main and one in the other large compartment. The main compartment is well-padded, but only one of the computers would be “secured” in the designated laptop pocket. There is enough padding that the second computer will still be well-protected ??
