29 June 2020; Purchased the insurance for a bookbag/lunchbox combo. The lining of the lunchbox begin coming out.
On 24 August 2020 at 7:00 A.M. contacted company at Asurion.com/Amazon; at 7:02 A.M. they sent a verification code. At 7:08 Asurion sent by email an Amazon gift card for the full amount of the purchase with instruction on how to add the gift to my Amazon account. That is great customer service.

So I purchased this product with a backpack I had bought from Amazon. The zipper in the bag began to separate within 3 weeks so I attempted to file a claim with Asurion. DON??T BE FOOLED! The site kept showing error when I tried to file a claim, it couldn??t find my product, and I couldn??t get a hold of anybody! THIS IS NO GUARANTEE PROTECTION

Can I use this for clothes ? Would it fit clothes for a 3 day trip, without laptop?
Answer: I believe you could use it for clothes. The bag is quite roomy. I use for a large laptop, external keyboard, large tablet, e-reader, all cords and miscellaneous supplies.

Does this have a charging port?
Answer: I have the 17.3 Black Laptop bag from BAGSMART and the men’s version doesn’t have a charging port. But it will carry two lap tops, charging cords, mouse accessories and all my notebooks with ease.
