I decided to go ahead and pay for an extended warranty through asurion because the Mini PC’s I purchased were replacements for similar (different Company) “Mini Solid State Fanless PC”. The other two units failed 1 after 6 months and the spare went down with the same failure mode less than a week after deployment.

When I tried to get repairs from the other Foreign (Far Eastern) Company it was painfully non existent, they sent me a link to a video to try and repair myself watching the video, fortunatly even the video didn’t work so I demanded a refund and they gave me a hard time trying to get a refund. They wanted to charge a 30% discount on my refund.

This time I will only need to deal with Asurion to provide Support. Well worth my Peace of Mind for such a small price.

Bought this plan for my computer thinking that it was a smart decision. Wasn’t. My computer was down since November 2020. After multiple attempts…months later… to just get them to send me a box and label to ship it, to get fixed, I gave up and called Amazon. AMAZON WAS AWESOME! After they tried and failed to get any response from Asurion, Amazon credited me back my original purchase, even though Asurion should have for failing to honor to the agreement. I use Amazon almost everyday for personal and business. I will always use Amazon…can’t say that about Asurion.

Is there a mesh conversion kit? Glass has no airflow if at all. Makes it have negative pressure
Answer: Top and bottom are perforated with mesh coverings for airflow. Front of the case has rectangular exhaust ports on either side and the rear is also perforated near the CPU, comes pre-fitted with a fan.

Just picked up this case and i can’t use aura sync. their device comes with a 3 pin connector and my mobo is 4 pin. where can i get the right one?
Answer: 3 or 4 pin doesn??t matter There is a alignment tab on the mobo

Does this come with the fan control module?
Answer: Yes, it includes.
